A venturi is a device which creates a vacuum when fluid flows through it. The fluid which creates the vacuum is know as the motive fluid. The motive fluid for irrigation injectors is the irrigation water itself. Vacuum created by the venturi sucks fertilizer or chemical into motive water.

Features

3.Can be plumbed on a bypass for less restriction(the preferred method),or directly into a main waterline.

How to select?
1.Select the appropriate specification of fertilizer injector depend on the crop and irrigation area.Too big or too small maybe do nothing.
2.If in doubt always choose a smaller size, put it on a bypass assembly which allows you to adjust the flow through the venturi injector and does not restrict flow as much.
